SIT Marketing provides creative design, branding, web development, digital marketing, and automation consulting services. You agree to use our Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Client logos and content used for portfolio or promotional purposes are displayed only with permission or under fair use for demonstration of prior work.

3. Quotes, Payments & Refunds

Quotes provided are valid for 15 days. A signed agreement and/or upfront payment may be required before work begins.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may incur late fees.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use or recommend third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, email services, or analytics tools). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for errors, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party vendors.

5. Communication & SMS Messaging

You may opt in to receive text messages from SIT Marketing related to updates, project notifications, or promotional content.
By subscribing to our SMS program, you agree to the following:

Charges
Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
